Loved Forecastly, but the biggest disadvantage with them was the ability to store inventory and create shipments from multiple locations. Forecastly did not have the ability to partially receive POs.

Similar to Inventory Lab is what I am looking for.

Seasonality is my worst enemy when it comes to forecasting.

Need a way to automate upload of inventory via csv by ftp or email. And of course PO Export via excel

with the ability to "learn" seasonality which forecastly does not do

I'd like to see this in vertical form. It's how I do it now and it works really well. Ability to adjust projections for seasonality manually would be great.

In my attached example, projections are shown based on estimated weekly sales, and once they're "actuals" they turn green and the actual data is populated automatically. Re-orders are keyed in and a re-order summary screen shows all product re-orders by week. I also break it out even further, including promotions (if % discount exceeds 50% it's a promo unit), so I can see how many promos were given for an ASIN on any given week, and I show average unit price, sessions, and conversion rate in this format.

And it should create purchase orders for recommended order quantities with a few clicks

With the ability to record stock put in a secondary warehouse too (not just stock in FBA). Showing inventory value, days of inventory, days until reorder etc.
